Q:How do I zip multiple files into one file for upload??
A: A free evaluation version of winzip can be downloaded from Once winzip is installed, simply find the files you want to zip using Windows Explorer and right-click each file then select 'Winzip - Add to Zip file'. More details can be found in the Winzip Help.


Q:Can I use an ftp client like Smart or CuteFtp to upload files?
A You may use any ftp client to connect to our ftp server to upload files. If you need an ftp account created, send a request to including your company name and contact information. Your requests will be answered promptly during business hours. You may also call your sales rep to request an ftp account.

An easy to use and free ftp client can be downloaded from This client is similar in functionality to Windows Explorer and files can be dragged and dropped between them.
